May brought a heatwave to Poland, but it also brought along some new changes and improvements to Traffit:
User Tagging
We’ve introduced the ability to tag users in notes. If you want someone in your team to have a look at a candidate, instead of notifying them via email, you can now tag them and Traffit will send them a link that takes them directly to the candidate’s profile. Tagging works in both the candidate profile and in the recruitment process. Easy!
Protected User Activities
We understand how important it is for you to have a clear picture of your team’s workload and engagement, so from now on, users can’t remove notes that other users have placed on a given candidate’s profile.
Editable Section Titles in Career Page Generator
We’re all for flexibility and customization, so we’ve made it possible for you to change the section titles of your Career page that were created with our Generator. Now you can name them whatever you want!
Extended API and Personalized Fields in Emails
We’re constantly improving our API so that you can import and export even more data to and from Traffit. In May, we added three new endpoints: notes, tags, and adding candidates in recruitment.
Additionally, in order to give your candidates more valuable feedback, we’ve added reasons for rejection to the personalized elements that are available in the email templates.
New Notifications
From now on, we will notify you if a rejected candidate reapplies for a position. This is particularly useful when an applicant failed to meet formal requirements, (e.g. didn’t submit their resume) but then resolved the issue and would like to be reconsidered.
We will also notify you every time new talent has been shared with you. Just another way of improving your internal communication 😉
2.0 Continues
We’re continuing our work on the 2.0 version, and it will be fully available for all customers and trial users within the next month. We’ve optimized the loading of data, and for some of you, the increase in speed will be up to several dozen percent.
Stay tuned for more news!
