What does a HR Business Partner do?

The role of the HR Business Partner is to support managers of individual business units in matters related to HR. HR Business Partner analyzes trends of staffing and training needs in the organization, as well as implements HRM processes and solutions that support the achievement of the organization’s goals.

Our requirements:

  • at least two years of experience in a similar position
  • experience in managing people and HR processes
  • ability to analyze HR data
  • strategic thinking
  • very good knowledge of labor law
  • knowledge of the best recruitment practices and care for the employer’s image
  • understanding of HR processes and their impact on the company’s strategy
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • knowledge of the English language

Your responsibilities:

  • support for managers of all departments in matters related to HR
  • analysis of HR related data in order to optimize activities
  • close cooperation with the managerial staff in building teams and creating a good working atmosphere
  • creating and supervising the company’s personnel policy
  • creating a strategy related to the employment and training needs of the organization
  • budget planning and supervision
  • monitoring the staffing situation in the company
