What does a Senior Account Manager do?

Senior Account Manager is responsible for the client portfolio management, taking care of relations with already acquired contractors, developing new business and looking for new sales opportunities. Senior Account Manager is also often involved in supervising the work of a team of account managers.

  • ability to build long-term relationships with customers

  • experience in working with CRM
  • very good communication and negotiation skills
  • experience in conducting business meetings and making presentations
  • experience in team management
  • the ability to coordinate several tasks at one time without compromising the quality of their performance
  • goal-oriented and positive attitude
  • driving license cat. B
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • knowledge of the English language

  • acquiring new customers of strategic importance for the company
  • terms negotiating and concluding commercial contracts
  • conducting meetings with the management staff and boards of potential clients
  • developing long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
  • achieving sales goals
  • creating sales presentations and offers in line with the client’s needs and company standards
  • team management and close cooperation with other departments
  • supervising sales and budget
  • providing professional after-sales service and expanding cooperation with existing customers
  • reporting the results of work
