What does a Senior Account Manager do?

  • experience in working with CRM
  • very good communication and negotiation skills
  • experience in conducting business meetings and making presentations
  • experience in team management
  • the ability to coordinate several tasks at one time without compromising the quality of their performance
  • goal-oriented and positive attitude
  • driving license cat. B
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • knowledge of the English language

  • acquiring new customers of strategic importance for the company
  • terms negotiating and concluding commercial contracts
  • conducting meetings with the management staff and boards of potential clients
  • developing long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
  • achieving sales goals
  • creating sales presentations and offers in line with the client’s needs and company standards
  • team management and close cooperation with other departments
  • supervising sales and budget
  • providing professional after-sales service and expanding cooperation with existing customers
  • reporting the results of work
