Goldman Recruitment is a consulting firm specializing using the Executive Search method for recruitment

It has been successfully advising its partners since 2010 and has already been trusted by more than 1,000 companies for whom it has successfully completed more than 4,000 projects. The ambition of the Goldman Recruitment team is to create a new standard in the HR consulting industry.

Problem

Lack of hard figures for consultants to confirm or deny the effectiveness of some of their activities

Goldman Recruitment Agency, as part of the MBE Group, used its own and tailor-made ATS system. It was created strictly for the needs of their executive search agency. The change of the system was dictated by the needs of the team, but also by the completion of a project to develop their own ATS system.

Thus, there was a need to implement an external ATS that would meet the key needs of the agency, but also guarantee stability and certainty of development along with the growth of the system.

Goal

Better access to data for the whole team and live monitoring of the status of ongoing projects

It was important for the Goldman Recruitment team, that the data stored in the ATS system provide the ability to forecast the chances of successfully closing projects in the long term and to make future forecasts based on it.

Consultants have tapped the potential of TRAFFIT to streamline their work by integrating their mailboxes and calendars

It was their first step, but at the same time a milestone. Besides all the new features they gained with the new ATS, they also appreciated the stability, sophistication, and speed of the system.

From the administrator's perspective, it was also a revolution - now all activities related to analytics and configuration (of application forms or fields on candidate profiles) no longer required the involvement of a programmer!

For team leaders, on the other hand, custom reports was a game changer - that is, individual reports created at the team's request. They could order reports that measured exactly the KPIs they cared about and that were tailored to their operation method.

Result

More consultants reach their KPIs thanks to the access to data and greater awareness of the team's execution of the result

It is the custom reports that allow you to keep track of consultants' KPIs, but also monitor the number of candidates at each stage with their clients.

Monitoring is more structured and allows you to easily track down unfinished business.

Now each consultant can monitor the number of completed activities (which were previously collected in several places) independently and in real time - this data is no longer available only to insiders."

Conclusion

With customization, each project's data is expanded with additional fields to assess its value

That can be fields about the financial parameters of the project or the cooperation history with the client.

Both this and other information collected in the system about each project on a daily basis allows to understand which parameters positively affect the time and effectiveness of process closures.

Any examples?
It may turn out that any one of the variables influences 90% of projects to be closed. For the person responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the agency - such knowledge is a treasure!
