As part of our Traffit Pathways, we share all the inner workings of our company. Here you will find how we reward our team members who achieve yearly milestones at the company, and why we do it.
Why are we doing this?
Like many companies, we have always tried to celebrate our employees work anniversaries and reward their hard work, loyalty and commitment. Since Traffit was founded, we have always celebrated with our team members their work anniversaries. We wanted to give them a gift they would feel they could collect and this was the birth of our Traffit Wine. Each year, we gave our team custom wine which displayed how many years they had spent with us.
In 2021 we have revamped our approach to anniversaries and added a new tiered system that will not only reward team members personally, but also allow them to be proud of their time spent with us as part of our team and family. We wanted to create an item that although was equal in value each year, represented a key milestone uniquely and was easily recognized.
We have blended into each yearly anniversary, tradition in Traffit wine, status in Traffit Hoodies, and pleasure in personal gifts and holidays. Take a look and remember to let us know what you think.
Our team members’ first day is super important to us. They have a lot of new people to meet, and a new environment to feel comfortable in. We do all we can to ensure our new recruiters feel at home, and that we value them from the very first moment. That’s why every recruit gets their first Traffit Hoodie and welcome pack, so they can feel part of the team instantly, and hopefully show off their new swag.
Time for a Traffit Holiday
For year 5 we decided to do something a little extra and help our team members feel good about taking some time off. Therefore we give each Traffit Team Member 2 weeks paid time off and a 1000 PLN cash bonus to spend on whatever will help them relax and take their mind off work. During these two weeks, we will unplug our team members from our systems such as slack and email to ensure they don’t need to fight the urge of checking in on what is going on at the office. They get a nice hoodie and bottle of wine as part of their time off of course :).
