How much does huntoo cost?

As huntoo is now in the beta phase, it’s included in TRAFFIT Elite plan at no extra cost. Once the beta phase is complete (planned for Jan 2023), the most likely pricing model is pay per job. You’ll know about all the changes ahead of time

Who can refer to my jobs?

It’s your choice. You can allow your employees to be the referrers (internal referrals) or anyone that knows somebody perfect for the role (external referrals).

Who is paying the bonus to the referee?

The referral bonus is paid by the employer. TRAFFIT is not an intermediary in settlements between huntoo and the referrer. The employer should place the terms in the details of the bonus payment on huntoo.io, next to job posts.

What if one candidate is referred by multiple referrers?

It’s your decision how you want to settle the bonus payment in such case. Include this information in the terms of your referral program - it will be available for all the referrers.

Will jobs published on huntoo be visible on my Career page?

Jobs will be posted separately on huntoo and on your Career page. For Career pages created using TRAFFIT Career page generator a “Recommend” button will be presented under the “Apply” button by default - when a job with a referral link is posted on both: Career page and huntoo. For Career pages integrated with TRAFFIT using API, in such cases a link to the job on huntoo will be sent in the API used for Career page integration - so you can present the referral option on your Career page if you want.

Who will see my job posts with internal referrals on huntoo?

Job posts with internal referrals posted on huntoo will be visible only for logged users, whose email addresses match domains you set up in your TRAFFIT.

How do I know if referrals from huntoo work?

Referred candidates will have “huntoo” application source in your TRAFFIT. What is more, an activity on his timeline will be created, with the name of the referrer. The custom report in TRAFFIT will present the number of applications from huntoo and the conversion rate from this source.
